With solemn reverence, we commemorate Roberta Fern Remus-McEwen of Red Deer, Alberta, born in Olds, Alberta, whose life came to an end on April 5, 2025 at the age of 67, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Roberta may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Euart McEwen and Alma McEwen. She is survived by: her children, Darcy Remus of Red Deer, Christal Remus (Mike) of Valemount and Raeleen Materman (Leeroy) of Penhold, Alberta; and her grandsons, Xavier Materman (Nakosha), Noah Materman, Nicholas and Lucas Remus. She is also survived by family and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Penhold Regional Multiplex, Lounge (1 Waskasoo Ave, Penhold, AB T0M1R0).
