He is survived by: his former spouse Leslie Smith; his wife Heather Adams; his children, Geoffrey Smith, Nicole Smith and Caitlyn Smith; his parents, Robert Smith and Arlene Smith; his siblings, Kathy Verhoef (Frans), Gordon Smith (Vivian), Connie Waddle, Cindy Petek (Robert) and Stewart Smith; and his uncles, Kelly and Leo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
