He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Braak; and his daughter Marjorie Dolman. He is survived by: his children, Jeane Wierenga, Myna Humphrey, Dorothy Sjolie, Cor Braak, Andre Braak and John Braak. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren as well as 2 sisters and 1 brother.
