He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Fulcher and Esther Fulcher; his siblings, Diane Fulcher and John Fulcher (Jack); and his parents-in-law, Betty Fulcher, Larry O'Neill and Estelle Fulcher.

He is survived by: his spouse Yeon-Ja Fulcher; his children, Jeremy, Paul, Todd, Janice and Mark; and his siblings, Jill Fulcher, Janet Love (Clare), Maureen O'Neill and Bill Fulcher (Betty).
