He is survived by: his spouse Grace Lotthammer; his children, John, Rhonda (Robert) and Jerry (Doris); his spouse Gloria Yake; his daughter Dana (Terry); his grandchildren, Kevin (Nicole), Jeffrey Koppenol, Macie, Tyson, Noah Welch, Alex Koppenol, Calvin and Jeroen Stagg; his close friend Spencer Keeping (Tammy); and his children, Tori, Tyler, Julie and Nathan.
