She was predeceased by: her son Larry; her grandparents, Elizabeth, David, Blanche and Pierre; her parents, Louise and Jim; her brothers, Robert, Larry and Kenneth; and her stepdaughter Colleen.

She is survived by: her siblings, Leonard, Donna, Jeannette, Dianne, Joan and Peter; her brother-in-law Allan Fink; her children, Darrell (Shelley), Dwayne (Grace), Tashia (Craig) and Ken (April); her husband Elmer Mason (Halloween); her children, Marie and Shane; and her grandchild Alannah Marie. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and many adopted sons, daughters, nieces, nephews, and many more grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Marie's name may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
