He is survived by: his children, Mark Schochenmaier, Mervin Schochenmaier (Vanessa), Joyce Waite (James) of Red Deer, AB and Janet Schochenmaier of Stettler, AB; and his sisters, Elaine Robin (Dave) and Clera Howden (Jim). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
