With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leonard Opseth (Red Deer, Alberta), born in Provost, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2024 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Opseth and Evelyn Opseth. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Opseth; his children, Mark Opseth (Audra Shakotko) of Red Deer, Rod Opseth (Teri-Lynn) of Red Deer and Barbara Hawkings (Adam) of Red Deer; and his siblings, Bruce Opseth of Edmonton, Grant Opseth of Edmonton, Judy Tattersall (Wayne) of Wainwright, Patti Heck (Harvey) of Pigeon Lake and Marilyn Sutherland of Edmonton, Alberta.. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and his seven great grandchildren.
