He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joffre Ouellette and Pierre Ouellette. He is survived by: his wife Claudette Ouellette of Eckville; his children, Shayne Ouellette of Cochrane, Yves Ouellette of Cochrane and Christina Ouellette of Edmonton; and his siblings, Noel Ouellette of Onoway, Robert Ouellette of Kananaskis, Jacques Ouellette of Edmonton, Annette Rondeau of Bonnyville, Rose Liboiron of Bonnyville and Vicky Lindsay of Edmonton. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
