He is survived by: his wife Helen Fowler (Piccott); his sons, Kevin Jr. Fowler (Lori) and Michael Fowler (Michelle); his grandchildren, Hannah, Matthew and Zachary; his siblings, John Fowler (Claire) and Mary Lou Perchard (Dave); and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Piccott, Judy Gladney (Perry), Heather Adams (Scott), Billy Piccott (Janet), Jim Piccott (Bev), Tony Piccott, Randy Piccott, Peter Piccott (Tammy), Derek Piccott (Kathy) and Bobby Piccott (Pauline). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
