It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Boston of Red Deer, Alberta, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lettner and Rita Lettner; and her sisters, Maureen and Barb. She is survived by: her husband Barry Boston; her children, Scott (Celine), Marie (Manuel), Mark (Stephanie) and Tom (Maria); her grandchildren, Eloise, Stella, William, Evangeline, Oliver, Julia, Hector, Arthur and Veronica; and her siblings, Gerry, Ken and Teresa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that those who are able, to donate their blood to Canadian Blood Services and if they cannot, to make a contribution to a charity of their choice.

“I went to high school with Karen and reacquainted when I was working on the Pieta and Stations of the Cross at Sacred Heart. She was a wonderful church secretary and a beautiful devout worker for the church. Everyone that entering the office got help and kindness from her. I was surprised to come across her obituary. She didn’t have long enough to enjoy her retirement and she will be missed. Lois Caron”
