We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2023, at the age of 77, Julie Oldfield of Red Deer, Alberta, born in McLennan, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmeline Kirkland and William Kirkland; and her siblings, Carol Bush, Sylvia LaFlamme and Glen Kirkland.

She is survived by: her husband George Oldfield; her children, Rhonda Braaksma (Jason), Samantha, Mackenzie, Ashley, Christine McGrath (David), Lauren, Michael Oldfield (Jennifer), Corbin and Preston; and her siblings, Gail Leduc (Mark), Kevin Kirkland (Brent Hocking) and Bill Kirkland (Doris).
