She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Kiziak; and her parents, Frank Chupka and Anna Chupka. She is survived by: her children, Shauna Kiziak of Red Deer and Darren Kiziak of Calgary; her grandchildren, Jonah, Jensen and Ashton Smith; and her brother Marvin Chupka (Harriet). She is also survived by numerous relatives, nieces, nephews and friends.
