She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Frey and Emma Frey; her parents-in-law, Frank and Anne Schoettler; and her brother Ronnie Frey.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald; her children, Garnett Schoettler (Elissa) of Red Deer, Alberta, Christy Ma (Ken) of Edmonton and Brett Schoettler (Melanie) of Lintlaw, Saskatchewan; and her siblings, Audrey Lane (Don) of Murphysborough, Tennessee, Leo Frey (Sharon Becker) of Medicine Hat, Alberta and Shelly Ternes (Brian) of Fox Valley, Saskatchewan. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
