Ria Cagoyong wrote a sympathy message

“To the beautiful, loving family of Jean - Larissa, Monty and family; I also share in your sadness and heart ache of the loss of this beautiful mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Jean's smile was infectious and warmed our hearts whenever we would see her. She also showed love and kindness. We know and believe she is now in the loving home our Lord has prepared for her. May the love and prayers of all who knew Jean be of comfort to her beloved family. With heartfelt sympathy, Simone L.”

Robert Kelly wrote a sympathy message

“I had the opportunity to meet Jean whenever I was visiting Red Deer to see my sister Anne Stakiw. We always had a great and wonderful time, especially at Montana's Restaurant. Anne always talked about Jean and the friendship that they had. May she now rest in peace and that her spirit now lives through her family. Robert Kelly, Riverview, New Brunswick”
