She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmar Mickelberry and Agnes Mickelberry; her husband John Andrew Pfaff; her son Larry Pfaff; her daughter-in-law Linda Pfaff; her grandson Kelly Pfaff; and her siblings, Norman Mickelberry, Bud Mickelberry, Jim Mickelberry and Betty Chambers.
She is survived by: her children, James Pfaff (Linda), Wayne Pfaff (Darlene) and Debbie Pfaff (Len); her grandchildren, Cindy Brooks (Jeff), Ryan Pfaff (Christa), Cameron Pfaff (Angela), Shannon Pfaff, Melissa Guyett (Tanner) and Crystal Maria Pfaff; and her great grandchildren, Brittany Brooks, Brett Brooks, Deone Pfaff, Megan James and Ava Pfaff.
