We bid farewell to Howard John Dugan of Red Deer, Alberta, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 29, 2024 at the age of 83. Howard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his son Lloyd Dugan; his parents, Eugene Dugan and Thelma Dugan; and his siblings, Mary Etta Blanchard (Richard 'Dick') of Regina, Saskatchewan, Donald Dugan (Florence) of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and Pat Carrier (Phil) of Williams Lake.

He is survived by: his wife Fern; his sons, Eugene (Ilona) and James (Betty Ann); his grandchildren, Danielle, Shane, Brianne and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Rowe, Oliver, Lucas and Noah; and his siblings, Stanley Dugan (Debbie) of Tisdale, Saskatchewan and Florence Mayerle (Gary) of Tisdale. He is also survived by his sisters and brother-in-law, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
