She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Kernachan and Joseph Kernachan; and her siblings, Jessie, Mattie, Joseph, John and Billy.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Joseph Brown (Ellie Oxley-Brown), Stephen Brown (Cheri Smith) and Susanne Brown; her grandchildren, Angela Brown, James Oxley (Leasa), Cameron Brown, Matthew Brown, Christian Duarte and Brody Daniels; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jada and Mila Oxley.
