He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret; his parents, Ernest and Esther; his brother Grant; and his stepdaughter Tara Elder.

He is survived by: his children, Glengary Field (Kendra), Darrell Field (Julie), Roberta Wiwcharuk (Brian), Monica Kipp (Doug), Shawna Field, Chuck Elder (Emily), Keri Quintal (Darcy) and Tracy West-Grover (Duane); his grandchildren, Matthew Field (Lisa), Nicolas Field (Lisa), Alexandra Field, Natalie Field (Ian), Adam Quintal (Kassandra), Kaytlynn Stark (Craig), Kylah Quintal (Tyler), Austin West (Kennedy), Sera Grover (Taylor), Braden West (Vinny), Gracie Quintal, Mallory Kipp and Liam Quintal; his great grandchildren, Maeve Quintal, Jax Parkins, Jaimey Stark and Aisa West; and his siblings, Ken Field (Sheila), Denis Field (Hilda) and Neida Fedak (John). He is also survived by numerous other family members, dear friends.
