It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Robert Smith (Red Deer, Alberta), who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie; and his sister Dorothy Bain. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Smith (Heather) and Tim Smith (Lori); his grandchildren, Stephen, Kaitlan and Nicholas; and his sister Lorna Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
