She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Knight and Dorothy Knight; her adoptive parents, Gladys Waldman and Frank Waldman; her siblings, Marjorie Thompson (Bruce), Fred, John Knight and Jerry Waldman; her son Wayne Kinder; and her great grandchild Keith Kinder.

She is survived by: her sons, James Kinder (Debra), Roger Kinder, Kent Kinder (Neang Chim), Perry Kinder (Lorraine) and Dale Kay (Joanne Aldoff); and her brother Don Knight (Brenda). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren an great great grandchildren.
