He was predeceased by: his son Christopher; his parents, Ken and Marie; and his parents-in-law, Rudy and Anna Marie.

He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his son Jason (Shelly); his grandchildren, Brittany, Brett and Faivah; his stepgrandson Nick (Candace); his siblings, Thelma (Regan), Vickie (Greg), Wanda (Leonard) and Keven; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda (Paul) and Roland (Gord).
