He is survived by: his family Jasper Odysseys; his wife Shirley Johnson (Leawood); his children, Jason (Meg), Jen (Colin) and Andrew (Teresa); his grandchildren, Broc, Lucia, Kora, Jake, Troy, Jessica, Jovah and Tylen; and his sisters, Delores McMurren, Barb Hustins and Marion Washbrook (Albert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
