She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma F. Battle and John W. Battle; her brother Russell Battle; her nephews, Gary Battle and Thomas Garren Battle; her great-niece Angelica Daley; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Battle.
She is survived by: her sister Diana Battle (Garren); her children, Laura, Linda, Marcy, Sandra Zielke (Jim), Jackie and Kirk; her brother David Battle (Annie); her nieces and nephews, Teresa, Travers, John and Katie; her stepson Carl De Guzman; and her nieces, Lynnette and Melanie. She is also survived by many coworkers, family and friends.
