She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Billow and Clara Billow; her husband Thomas O'Neill; and her siblings, Bill Billow, Wanda Tweedy and Weltha Mikkelson.
She is survived by: her children, Tom O'Neill (Carol), Bonnie O'Neill and Jack O'Neill; her grandchildren, Sandra O'Neill (Ringo), Brenda O'Neill, Jaime Janko-Stafford (Terell), Thomas O'Neill (Stephanie), Karla Mathieu (Justin) and Jackson O'Neill; and her great grandchildren, David O'Neill, Brandon, Ashlyn Gavel, Taylor, Jenna Mathieu and Mia Stafford.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Sedgewick Cemetery (44242 Range Rd 124, Sedgewick, AB T0B4C0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the same location.
