It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Makarenko (Red Deer, Alberta), born in Lethbridge, Alberta, who passed away on November 16, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his sons, Michael Makarenko (Tracy-Lynn) of Okotoks and Mitchell Makarenko of Calgary, Alberta; his grandchildren, Brett, Taylor Makarenko of Okotoks, Dominic, Shanda, Cordell and Ashlyn Makarenko of Calgary, Alberta; and his sisters, Gladys Armour and Dianne Bulpit of Lethbridge.
