Edna Lait Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2024, at the age of 84, Edna Lait (Red Deer, Alberta), born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Edna leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Klassen and Abe Friesen. She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Laurie Quist of Red Deer, Ron (Lucy) of Kelowna, Brad (Alison) of Calgary and Jana (Eric) of Calgary; and her siblings, Jack, John and Lenora. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
