He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Tooke; his parents, Frieda and John; and his brother John. He is survived by: his son Gary; his daughter-in-law Candace; his grandson Vincent; and his granddaughter-in-law Deanna. He is also survived by extended family, his many friends and colleagues and his relatives.
