He is survived by: his significant other Terri; his stepchildren, Shaunna, Tammy and Dana (Katie); his siblings, Gerald and Carol (Rob); his nephew Brandon; his nieces, Mandy (Trevor), Stephanie and Jackie (Curtis); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Payton and Carter. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
