Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Donald Gwynn Lewis (Red Deer, Alberta), who passed away at the age of 95, on October 28, 2022. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Lewis and Ina Lewis; his wife Isobel Lewis (Campbell); his brother Wayne; his close friend Mildred Hoppins; his children, Joanne, Jim (Hazel) and Glen (Beth); and his grandchildren, Vic, Colin, Misha and Stephane. He was also cherished by extended family; and friends.
My wife Karen and I were very blessed to have Don and Isobel in our lives, we will miss him very much..... hugs to the family and to you Jim for always visiting and keeping me posted on Don during the Covid shutdown at the Hamlets.
Donations in memory of Don would be welcomed by a charity of your choice, Sunnybrook United Church, or The Nature Conservancy of Canada's project to conserve the Yarrow grasslands in southern Alberta.
