With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis Earl Aberdeen (Red Deer, Alberta), born in Edmonton, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Aberdeen and Gert Aberdeen; his in-laws, Gordon Riley and Betty Phillips; and his sister-in-law Darcy Aberdeen.

He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Kelli Stewart (Jim) and Kevin Aberdeen; his grandchildren, Kaylyn, Griffin (Kianna), Jason (Jorgia) and Kate (Dawson); his siblings, Don Aberdeen and Gayle Kowalchuk (Harold); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Johnston (Darrell) and Wendy Foote (Dean). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
