David Phillips Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phillips and Myrtle Hainsworth; and his brothers, Tim and Bruce Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Marty Phillips (Kim Anderson), Dale (Shawna), Lee Hainsworth (Charlene) and Myrna Knull (Todd). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
