He is survived by: his parents, Dwayne Phillips and Azalia Phillips; his siblings, John Phillips, Polly Ross, Ethel Michener, Nettle Jean McIntyre, Donald Phillips and Elsie Marie Phillips; his wife Inez; his sons, Brad Phillips (Sandi), Stan Phillips (Laurel) and Jack Phillips (Ina); his grandchildren, Craig, Mark, Jordan, Stephanie, Megan and Cody; his great grandchildren, William, Jaxton and Harlen; and his granddaughter Christie.
