He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Garnett and Julia Garnett. He is survived by: his brother Glenn Garnett (Donna); his niece Crystal-Gayle Hallet (Kevin); his great-nephews, Blake and Nolan; his nephew Kyle Garnett; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley and Levi. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
