He was predeceased by: his daughter Sylvia; his parents, Jan and Antonia; and his siblings, Johan, Antoon and Jozef.
He is survived by: his sibling Butte; his wife Annie; and his children, Lucy, Martin (Candy), Felix (Helen), Don (JoAnn) and Theresa (Wes Van Bavel). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and his six great grandchildren.
