Abraham Van Dorp Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2022, at the age of 96, Abraham Van Dorp of Red Deer, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Berendina Van Dorp; his parents, Jan Dorp and Johanna Van Dorp; his siblings, John Van Dorp, Henk Van Dorp and Corrie Van Koot; and his granddaughter Erica Van Dorp.
He is survived by: his children, John Van Dorp (Carol) of Red Deer, Johanna Sorsdahl (Arlyn) of Red Deer, Corrie Ziegler (Dale) of Ardrossan, George Van Dorp (Karen) and Abe Van Dorp (Shannon) of Strathcona County; and his brothers, Dirk Van Dorp and Maarten Van Dorp (Marry). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
