She was predeceased by: her parents, Margarete (Fred Bourgeois) and Vermont; her husband Vern; and her brothers, Graham, Vaughn, Albert and Rolle.
She is survived by: her daughter Merna; her close friends, Priska, Beat, Marco, Kevin Fischer, Rene, Carmen, Jesse, Annika Vetterli, Max, Ian Scherrer, Maria, Martina, Melanie, Lucas, Nicole Zumbuehl, Sally Paradis, Dorothy, Dennis Piquette, Heather, Denys Jeffery (New Zealand), Nadine Schellenbaum, Bruno Lenhere, Joe, Margarite Rohrer and Sylvia Lustenburger (family: Hilda, Hugo Sandau); her siblings, Myrick Bourgeois and Gwyneth Brown of Alburgh, VT; and also Chalice Bartholemew of Dallas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
