Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rhea Pearl Matkin of Raymond, Alberta, born in Cardston, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 99, on February 3, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Young Card and Pearl Eliza Christensen; and her daughter Eva Matkin. She is survived by: her husband Lamont Matkin; her daughters, Gayle Whitesides (Boyd), Carol Roundy (Warren), Mary Bissett (Robert), Donna Wood and Maren Cahoon (Devin); and her brother Lincoln Card of Utah. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 89 great grandchildren, and 18 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humanitarian or Perpetual Education fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
