John Kochan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Kochan of Radway, Alberta, who passed away on October 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander and Kateryna; his wife Margaret; and his sisters, Anne, Helen and Katie.
He is survived by: his sister Natalka; his nieces and nephews, Wayne (Paula), Eugene (Kate), Daryl, Glory, Stephen (Cindy), Kathy (Tony), Carrie (Fred), Raymond and Robert; and his stepdaughter Ella.
Prayer Service will be held at Park Memorial, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton, AB on November 12, 2021 at 6 p. m. Per Alberta's Restriction Exemption Program, please be prepared to provide proof of Vaccinations (along with valid ID for those age 18 and over), or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church Radway, Radway Continuing Care, or charity of one's own choice.
