She was predeceased by: her husband George Gaida; her grandson Scott; and her daughters-in-law, Rita and Rose. She is survived by: her children, Ron (Dauphinee) and Ruth (Rob); her grandchildren, Brad, Suzanne (Stuart), Richard (Lisa), James (Sarah), Shannon (Cam), Stacey (Dom), Russ (Hannah) and Dexter (Zuza); her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Chalsdony, Emily, Abby, Ainsley, Aiden, Abigail, Grayson, Jacob and Elliot; her sister Loretta; and her friend Don. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Due to gathering restrictions of COVID-19, Elsie's. Funeral Service will be held privately for the family to attend.
