He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Robert Jr. (Corinne) and Lorelei Sutherland (Les); his grandchildren, Brittany (Mike), Sarah, Jennifer (Tom), Kathryn (A. J.) and Conner; his great grandchildren, Fraser and Brooke; and his sisters, Ruth Klassen (Herb), Linda Plested, Ida Tofsrud (John) and Lyla Langford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
