He is survived by: his wife Stacey; his children, Leah, Dayna, Jace and Jasmine; his mother Lori; his siblings, Samantha, Treena, Chad and Rod; and also, Jerry Shaver, Darlene Merrill, Chad (Crystal), Megan and Veronica (Jeremy). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
