It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Kocyba (Ponoka, Alberta), who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Kocyba to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Georgina; his parents, Marta and Vincent; and his siblings, Hugon and Emma.

He is survived by: his son Jim Kocyba (Diane); his grandson Stephen (Ashley); his daughter Bonnie Griffiths (Blaine); his granddaughters, Sylvia and Koreen (Jason); his great grandchild Luella; his grandson Matthew (Heather); his son George Kocyba (Brenda); his grandsons, Scott and Lee (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Locklan, Jace and Rylan; his daughter Joan Parkin (Terry); his granddaughter Teesa (Ken); his great grandchild Danicia; his grandson Byron (Dianna); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Bonnett, Marg Ravnsborg, Glyn Pugh (Gail) and Joe Pugh (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
