It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johannes Teeuwsen (Ponoka, Alberta), who passed away on February 27, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Johannes Teeuwsen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes Christiann and Gesina Hendrika Teeuwsen (Brusse); his brother Henry; his siblings-in-law, Flo and John; his grandchildren, Michael and Jessica; and his great grandchild Gavin.

He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, Terry (Jeannie), Glenn (Brenda), Wayne (Nancy) and Gerald (Karen); his grandchildren, Shaun (Lindsay), Shawnda, Shaylah (Kevin), Joel (Kristyn), Paul, Cheryl (Albert) and Blaine (Dawn); and his sisters, Christina of Fort Saskatchewan and Annie. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joe Teeuwsen may be made to the Ponoka and District Health Foundation or to the Hoadley Evangelical Missionary Church.
