George Wilkie Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Wilkie of Ponoka, Alberta, born in Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan, who passed away on June 6, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhold Wilkie and Martha Wilkie; his sister Frieda; and his parents-in-law, Howard and Helen Webb.

He is survived by: his wife Sheila Webb; his niece Angela; his children, Charlotte (Mike Chase), Debbie (Sean Stewart), Jocelyn (Tony Skorjanc) and Andrew; his grandchildren, Erin, Taylor Chase, Katelyn (Quinn Amiel), Paul Stewart (Justine), Rachel Stewart, Benjamin Skorjanc, Adam and Noah Wilkie; his siblings, Edward (Sylvia), Elmer (Lois), Ruth (Roy Chura), Betty Jewer, Terry Sigurdur and David (Erica); and his brother-in-law David Webb. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and siblings.
