She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Weismiller; her parents, Elizabeth and Edward; and her brother George. She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Darcy), Judy (Francis), Grant (Gerry), Jill (Ben) and Wendy; her grandchildren, Lee (Danielle), Matthew and Cole (Danica); and her children, Jesse, Shane, Bryan (Tannis), Kathleen (TJ), Nicole (Adam), Amanda, Scott (Andrew) and Daryl (Pamela). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dorothy's name may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta.
