He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Hoybak and Blanche Hoybak. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Melanie Dobler (Dan) and Tina Moore (Scott); his grandchildren, Richard Hoybak, Craig Hoybak, Stephanie Moore, Tyler Dobler, Riley Moore and Terrin Hanson (Braden); his great grandchildren, Tayla Hoybak and Ryker Hoybak; and his siblings, Doris Overbo and Carl Hoybak (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
Memorial donations, in Dave's name, may be made to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation at the University of Alberta or the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation in Calgary.
