He is survived by: his mother Inez Pgetzke of Edmonton; his uncle Don Fipke of Calgary; his wife Melodie; his children, Shannon Kocyba (Lee) and Mitchell Woods; his grandchildren, Locklyn, Jace and Rylan Kocyba; his brother Barry Woods (Carla); his niece Brieanna of Kelowna; his stepsiblings, Carol Pgetzke of Edmonton, Anne Martinot of Calgary, Les Pgetzke (Kathleen) of Edmonton and Ian Gorda of Edmonton; his father-in-law Berni Steinmann; and his siblings-in-law, Darin "Stan" Steinmann and Serena Steinmann-Russell (Rob). He is also survived by numerous cousins and second cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Stagecoach Saloon (5616 39 Ave, Ponoka, AB T4J1J8).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
