She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Kraft and Elexis Kraft; her brothers, George, Jewel and Vern Kraft; her parents-in-law, Emil and Bertha Kroening; and her son-in-law Jerry Gartner.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Kroening (Margaret), Tami Scott Gartner, Debra Stebner (Keith) and Michael Kroening (Collette); her grandchildren, Lindsay Storm (Todd), Jordan Scott (Sunme), Megan Unland (Ivan), Scott Stebner (Briley), Catherine Jones (Jeff), Travis Stebner (Michelle), Mark Kroening (Crystal), Carmen Wilson (Scott), Kimberly Kroening, Carlie Kroening, Kayla Turner (Ben), Bob Kroening (Dayna), Nathan (Amanda), Leah and Andy Gartner; her siblings, Marilyn McGarvey (Wayne) and Ken Kraft; and her husband Bob Kroening. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Carrie's name can be made to the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre Auxiliary.
