Blair was predeceased by: father Landon Rich; parents-in-law, Henry and Mary Nepoose; and siblings-in-law, Ron Lynds, Brenda Nepoose Bull and Shannon Nepoose Crier.

Blair is survived by: wife Yvonne Rich Nepoose; children, Stephanie Beckley, Brittany Reilly (Nicholas) and Tristan Rich; grandchildren, Mackenzie and Jaden Beckley; mother Drenda Ruddick; siblings, Sloane Rich, Summer Rich, Sara Mccrea (Shane), Jesse Schafer, Joseph Rich (Tanya) and Vincent "Bunky" Rich (Ella); and uncles, Lewis Ruddick, John Ruddick and Peter Rich.
